陪爸爸覆診後，只有五時多，還未到吃晚飯的時候，怎辦呢？忽然間腦裡有個提議，不如坐電車由跑馬地去太古城食飯啦！於是三位林先生「凳」左四十五分鐘「叮叮」終於到左太古城。之後匯合林太組成潮州四人幫．．．「蓆笨」啦！
家鄉菜包括：鹵水鵝、鵝腸、鵝紅三併（三併會否好似兩鐵合併咁樣平ｄ呢？？）、蠔仔粥、海鮮豆腐煲、川椒雞、涼瓜煎蛋、糖醋麵和羔燒三寶（唔係魚蛋、牛丸同埋墨丸，係蕃薯、芋頭同埋銀杏；是一味甜品）吃得大家津津有味！
唔知道「蓆笨」係咩？問下ｄ「ka gea non」啦！haha......

Although I can't speak any Swatow at all, but am still half of a (ka gea non). Thanks to my Granny.
Funny enough that Granny just recently knew what 糖醋麵 is(like a year ago). It makes me wonder whether she is a true (ka gea non) or not, beside the fact the she could speak Swatow very wel, and makes the best 蠔仔cake in the world!!!!! anyhow......... I'll have her over to Scotland next year summer, so am looking forward to all the traditional (蓆笨)and to having her present as well. Otherwise, I'll have italian and indian food all the time, as well as BBQ coz I've got a lovely garden with all the herbs and veg, haha!
Glad to see some new restaurants being opened in my lovely (home-city.) For I'm a Taikooshingian.
